Versature Technicians will be performing system maintenance on Saturday, August 8th, 2020 at 9:00 p.m. EDT to improve overall performance. This maintenance may take up to 2 hours to complete.

There is no expected impact to Versature services, however the following services may be intermittently affected:

-Polycom phone directories, busy indicators, and Do Not Disturb, may not function as expected during the maintenance window but will be fully functional once maintenance is completed.

-Softphones, including Bria Stretto, and Panasonic devices may, in some cases, require a restart (logout, log back in) if they are used during the maintenance window.

We do not expect any other features or services to be impacted. Inbound and outbound calls should operate as normal during maintenance.
