Versature Technicians confirm that the workaround being used to deliver voicemails via email is operating as expected. This workaround will remain in place until further notice.
Any voicemails that were not delivered via email, are available in SONAR. They can be located in the "Messages" section in your "Saved" folder. Please contact our Support Team at 611 if you require further assistance.

Versature Technicians are investigating an issue with voicemail transcription deliverability that may be affecting a subset of customers. As we attempt to resolve the issue, we are reverting to our previous transcription delivery system temporarily.
If you did not receive a transcription for a recent voicemail, you can retrieve the audio via SONAR's "Messages" section. If you experience any difficulty retrieving your voicemails, please contact our Support Team at 611.
