Update
Our upstream vendor has confirmed the issue affecting inbound calls to phone numbers in Eastern Canada and is actively working to resolve the situation. We are working with them and will post an update as soon as it becomes available.

Outbound calls and inbound toll-free calls should be operating as normal.

Versature Technicians have identified an issue affecting inbound calls to a subset of Ontario and Eastern Canada local phone numbers being routed through a specific upstream vendor, and are working with that vendor resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Inbound toll-free calls and outbound calls should be operating as normal. If you are experiencing any issues, please contact our Support Team at 611.
