Versature Technicians will be performing system maintenance on Thursday, December 5th, 2019 at 11:00 p.m. EST until Friday, December 6th, 2019 at 2:00 a.m. EST.
The following features may experience brief, intermittent interruptions during this window:
Polycom Features - Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators Versature iOS and Android Mobile Applications Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications Panasonic Phones
If you experience any issues, it is recommended to reboot your device and/or perform a logout/login cycle of your Versature account.
SONAR, Insights, and all inbound and outbound calls on Polycom devices will operate as normal.
