Versature Technicians will be performing system maintenance on Sunday, July 14th between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. EDT. There will be intermittent service updates happening during this time which may result in brief call connectivity issues on Polycom and Panasonic phones, as well as Bria devices and the Versature mobile app.

If you experience an issue with call connectivity during this time, it is recommended to wait a few minutes before attempting the call again. If you experience any other issue, please reboot your device and/or perform a login/logout cycle of your Versature account.

Existing calls should not be impacted and all other Versature services will operate as normal.
