Versature Technicians will be performing system maintenance to improve call traffic handling within our unified IP space on Saturday, November 28th at 8:00 a.m. EST until 9:00 a.m. EST.

This is a continuation of our ongoing IP changeover, the details of which can be found on our blog: https://www.versature.com/conversation-blog/ip-changeover-april-2020/

This is a reminder that if your business does not currently have traffic shaping capable firewalls, this changeover will not affect you.

If your firewall or router does not allow you to input fully qualified domain names, use the IP addresses these hostnames resolve to (https://academy.versature.com/troubleshooting/optimization-guide-for-enterprise-networks), and add our new IP block 204.235.80.0/20.

If you have previously implemented this update to your router, no further action is required.

Calls and all other Versature services will operate as normal during this window.
