Versature Technicians identified an issue this morning around 11:30 a.m. EDT that was impacting connectivity for a small subset of calls. We have since taken measures to prevent the issue from reoccurring.

In order to restore normal operations going forward, preventative maintenance has been scheduled for 11:00 p.m. EDT this evening and may take up to two hours to complete. While this is a short-notice maintenance window, it will only affect our Eastern PoP (point of presence). There is no expected impact to Versature services, however the following features may experience brief interruptions.

- Polycom phone directories, busy indicators, and Do Not Disturb, may not function as expected during the maintenance window but will be fully functional once maintenance is completed.

- Softphones, including Bria Stretto, and Panasonic devices may, in some cases, require a restart (logout, log back in) if they are used during the maintenance window.

We do not expect any other features or services to be impacted. Inbound and outbound calls should operate as normal during maintenance.
