Monitoring
We have received confirmation from our upstream carrier that the intermittent call completion issue affecting a subset of inbound calls is no longer present. Our testing confirms this to be the case.

We will continue to monitor the situation and continue to ask that any further issues be reported to our Support Team at 611.

We have identified the issue affecting a subset of phone numbers from a specific upstream carrier and are working with them to provide a resolution.

The issue appears to be intermittent and is affecting inbound calls only. Please call 611 with any reports of errors.
