Versature Technical Teams will be performing scheduled system maintenance on Saturday, April 27th between 5:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. EDT.

During this period, all inbound and outbound calls will automatically flow through our Western PoP and will operate as normal.

Certain features such as Polycom phone directories, Polycom busy indicators, and Do Not Disturb, may not function as expected during the maintenance window, but will be fully functional once maintenance is completed. Softphones, including Bria Stretto, may in some cases require a restart (logout, log back in) if they are used during the maintenance window.

SONAR, Insights, Conference Pod, and all other services will also operate as normal during this time.
