Versature Technicians will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade our voicemail-to-email feature. This upgrade will improve overall performance and will provide more accurate voicemail transcriptions. A subset of customers will be migrated to the new voicemail-to-email feature during this maintenance period.
There is no expected impact during this window, however, it's possible that email deliverability may be affected once maintenance is complete. If you are not receiving your voicemails via email, please check your spam folder, or contact our Support Team at 611.
No other Versature services will be affected. All inbound and outbound phone calls will operate as normal.
