Versature Technicians will be performing system maintenance on our Eastern PoP (point of presence) on Thursday, November 7th, 2019 at 11:00 p.m. EST to improve overall performance. This maintenance may take up to 3 hours to complete.

During this period, all inbound and outbound calls will automatically flow through our Western PoP and will operate as normal.

Certain features such as Polycom phone directories, busy indicators, and Do Not Disturb, may not function as expected during the maintenance window but will be fully functional once maintenance is completed. Softphones, including Bria Stretto, and Panasonic devices may, in some cases, require a restart (logout, log back in) if they are used during the maintenance window.

We do not expect any other features or services to be impacted. Inbound and Outbound phone calls should operate as normal.
