Maintenance originally scheduled for Thursday, October 29th will now take place Thursday, November 5th at 11:00 p.m. EST and may take up to 3 hours to complete. This maintenance is the beginning of platform upgrades that will be occurring over the next several weeks, which will result in performance improvements.
The following features may experience brief, intermittent interruptions during this window:
Polycom Features - Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators Versature iOS and Android Mobile Applications Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications Panasonic Phones
If you experience any issues, it is recommended to reboot your device and/or perform a logout/login cycle of your Versature account.
SONAR, Insights, Huddle, and all inbound and outbound calls on Polycom devices and SONAR Phone will operate as normal.
