We have not received any further reports of Conference Pod call completion errors. This incident is now resolved.

A fix has been implemented and Conference Pod calls are completing as normal at this time. If you continue to have issues, please contact our Support Team at 611. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.

Versature Technicians have identified an issue affecting Conference Pod calls completing. We are actively working with our vendor to resolve the situation and will provide further updates as they become available.
All other inbound and outbound calls are operating as normal.
