Versature Technicians will be performing system maintenance on our Ottawa PoP (point-of-presence) on Thursday, January 15th at 11:00 p.m. EST. This maintenance may take up to two hours to complete.

The following features may experience brief, intermittent interruptions during this window:

Polycom Features - Do Not Disturb, Directories, Message Waiting Indicators
Versature iOS and Android Mobile Applications
Bria Desktop and Mobile Applications
Panasonic Phones

If you experience any issues, it is recommended to reboot your device and/or perform a logout/login cycle of your Versature account.

SONAR, Insights, Huddle, and all inbound and outbound calls on Polycom devices and SONAR Phone will operate as normal.
