Versature technical staff have confirmed some remote areas outside of Newfoundland are also affected. Pending update from the upstream carrier.

The issue has been identified by an upstream carrier who services the affected area and they are working to address the issue. At this time the issue appears to be limited to at least some of Newfoundland. No ETA has been provided at this time, outbound calls and inbound calls to all other numbers should operate normally. Updates to follow as they are provided.

Investigating
Versature technicians are investigating a reported outage affecting inbound call service for a very small subset of customers in specific remote areas. Inbound calls in most areas and outbound calls are not affected. Updates to follow.
