Versature Technicians will be performing system maintenance on our Calgary PoP (point of presence) on Thursday, November 19th, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. EST to improve overall performance. This maintenance may take up to 3 hours to complete.

There is no expected impact, however SONAR Phone may experience brief, intermittent interruptions during this window. If you experience any issues with SONAR Phone, please perform a login/logout cycle of your SONAR account and relaunch SONAR Phone.

SONAR, Insights, Huddle, and all other Versature services will operate as normal during this maintenance. Inbound and outbound calls will automatically flow through our Eastern PoP and will not be affected.
