Update
Versature technicians have identified another interruption and made a change to work around the problem. Some calls were disconnected when this solution was implemented. All services are operational, please contact Versature Support if you experience difficulties.

The carrier has confirmed they are experiencing a network issue at one of their POPs. All services continue to be available as Versature technicians work around the issue.

Versature technicians have noted and addressed a momentary interuption to outbound calling related to this issue. It was addressed immediately and all services are fully operational at this time.

Identified
Versature technicians have confirmed that 613 (Ottawa) phone numbers serviced by one up stream telephone carrier are not connecting. They are working with the carrier to address the problem. All other services including outbound calls and inbound tollfree calling for these numbers are functioning as normal.
