Versature technical staff report that Bell Canada appears to have addressed the problem. The symptoms from earlier today are no longer present. More information about the cause will be posted should Bell make it available.

Versature technicians have confirmed from multiple sources that Bell Canada is having a coast-to-coast network issue. Customers using Bell internet connections should move to backup internet connections or send calls to other locations through the Sonar portal. The Versature Support Team is available to assist with this. All Versature service are fully operational. Further updates to be posted as information is available.

Versature technicians are investigating reports of quality issues for a small percentage of clients. Initial information suggests the problem is with clients using Bell Canada internet services.
