Versature technicians identified a network event at 8:55 Eastern which created high packet loss to Versature's Eastern Canadian facilities. Technicians moved all services to alternative facilities roughly 10 minutes after it occurred. To minimize the chance of a second interruption, eastern facilities will remain in suspended until more information is available. All services are fully operational at this time, please report any quality or service issues to Versature's Support team.
